A substantial mixed-use facade project in Warrington, Warrington Retail Leisure & MSCP features Aerolite Stonework and granite supported on the TI-DF2 kerf system and TI-DF4 undercut anchor system. The combination of materials and fixing systems creates a robust, low-maintenance external finish across both the multi-storey car park and the adjoining leisure block, delivering the durability and visual quality expected from a high-performance rainscreen facade solution.
With a project size of 1,010m²+, the scheme represents a significant facade installation across different building types within the wider development. The project was delivered with I&H Brown acting as main contractor for the MSCP, Vinci for the leisure block, Roofdec Ltd as installation contractor, and Leach Rhodes Walker as architect, helping bring together the technical and design coordination needed for a cohesive end result.
A key feature of the project is the use of both the TI-DF2 kerf and TI-DF4 undercut anchor systems to suit varying panel formats, fixing requirements and edge conditions across the development. Off-site fabricated stone and granite panels, combined with a fully engineered support system, helped support efficient installation and consistent joint lines over large, repetitive elevations, while close coordination with the wider design team ensured clean integration with structural openings, ventilation requirements and feature elements.
