TI-DF1

TI-DF1 is the core subframe system supporting the performance of our rainscreen
façade solutions. It forms the structural backbone of the façade, fixing panels securely back to the building while enabling ventilation, drainage, insulation placement, and moisture control.

The system comprises single or double helping-hand brackets ranging from 40mm- 270mm deep and vertical L/T profiles manufactured in aluminium to suit project requirements. Integrated profile grips remove the need for additional clips, while pre- punched brackets accommodate both steel and concrete substrates, simplifying alignment and installation.

TI-DF2

TI-DF2 is a proprietary kerf fixing system developed specifically for the TI Dynamic Facades Aerolite range and small-format 20 mm UHPC panels. The system is engineered around the geometry and performance characteristics of these products to deliver secure retention, consistent alignment, and efficient installation.

By designing DF2 as a product-specific solution, interface risk between panel and fixing is removed, ensuring predictable performance and repeatable detailing. The gravity-supported kerf design provides concealed fixings while maintaining tight joint control and clean façade lines.

TI-DF3

TI-DF3 is a gravity-based kerf fixing system designed to support TI Dynamic Facades products and approved third-party materials, with particular suitability for natural stone and UHPC façades. Using TI-DF3 rails and distributor clips, the system provides concealed fixings, consistent alignment, and controlled load transfer.

Within the TI range, DF3 is suitable for 30 mm and 40 mm Total Stone (natural stone) panels and 30 mm thick UHPC panels up to 1 m × 1 m, subject to project- specific engineering assessment. Vertical and horizontal adjustment during installation allows substrate irregularities to be accommodated while maintaining a uniform façade appearance.

TI-DF4

TI-DF4 is a high-capacity undercut anchor fixing system designed for large-format façade panels and demanding load conditions. It is suitable for use with TI Dynamic Facades Total Stone and UHPC products in large formats and can also be adapted for approved third-party materials including fibre cement, HPL, and ceramics.

The system delivers enhanced pull-out resistance and structural reliability where panel size, weight, or orientation exceed the limits of kerf or mechanical fixing methods. Concealed anchors maintain clean façade aesthetics while providing the capacity required for heavier panels and high-load conditions.

TI-DF5

TI-DF5 is a product-specific fixing system developed for the TI Aerobrik brick- slip range, designed to work with a standard vertical subframe assembly. The system uses a cassette plate to securely retain brick slips, providing a consistent build-up and reliable installation method.

This approach is suited to projects requiring a ventilated rainscreen build-up, insulation accommodation, and tolerance for uneven substrates, while achieving the appearance of traditional brickwork through a modern engineered system.

TI-DF6

TI-DF6 is a product-specific flat plate fixing system for the TI Aerobrik brick-slip range, designed to fix directly to flat substrates such as OSB boards and composite panels.

The system provides a direct and efficient fixing method where a subframe build-up is not required, or where build-up depth and programme considerations favour a simplified solution.

Best suited to:

TI-DF7

TI-DF7 is a product-specific fixing system developed exclusively for TI Dynamic Facades terracotta panels. It is designed to secure panels in both landscape and portrait orientations, offering flexibility in façade layout while maintaining consistent alignment and clean joint lines.

Clips fix back to the TI-DF1 subframe system (or an equivalent vertical support frame) and retain panels at the four corners, with central restraint introduced where required to suit panel size and project-specific wind loads.

Best suited to:

TI-DF7 is compatible only with TI Dynamic Facades terracotta systems and is subject to project-specific engineering assessment
