Through our Dynamic Support approach, we work alongside your team from the earliest concept discussions through design development, procurement, installation coordination, and aftercare. In the early design phase, we help shape the façade strategy. Working with architects, specifiers, developers and main contractors, we provide clear technical guidance on system suitability, buildability, compliance considerations, and aesthetic options.

By drawing upon the expertise of our strategic engineering partners, we ensure each project receives the right level of indicative technical input — helping you select the most appropriate façade system for your design intent, project constraints, and budget.

During pre-tender, we develop the detail required to support accurate and confident decision-making. This includes refined system proposals, outline drawings, specification guidance,
and preliminary cost information aligned to project requirements and industry standards.

Our objective is simple: to give you clarity, avoid surprises later in the process, and
position the façade package for a smooth transition into tender and procurement.

At tender stage, we provide the documentation and support necessary to help you
secure the project.
This includes technical data, product samples, design notes, and project-specific
clarifications to ensure the façade proposal is fully understood and accurately
represented.
We recognise the importance of a strong tender submission, and our team is
committed to providing clear, timely, and reliable support throughout this phase.

Our involvement doesn’t end at award. We coordinate closely with our fabrication partners, facade contractors, and site teams to support design sign-off, material scheduling, deliveries, and installation queries. Post-completion, our aftercare service ensures long-term performance through ongoing technical support, maintenance guidance, and assistance with any issues
that arise over the lifespan of the façade system.
