A striking facade project on Dundee’s waterfront, The Earl Grey Building features Aerolite Monolith supported on the TI-DF2 system. The specification gives the building a clean, modern external finish while also providing the technical performance expected from a high-quality rainscreen facade solution.
With a project size of 950m², the scheme represents a substantial facade installation and highlights the use of lightweight stone cladding across a prominent commercial development. The project team included Cooper Cromar as architect, Robertsons Construction Ltd as main contractor, and RoAvtek Ltd as installation contractor, bringing together the design, technical and installation expertise required to deliver the facade package successfully.
