TI Dynamic Facades worked in partnership with Titan Facades to deliver the brickslip façade solution for this new healthcare development in Solihull, Birmingham.
The project features our Aerobrik brickslip system, supported on the TI-DF6 flat plate system and fixed back to Rainspan panels. Working collaboratively with the façade contractor, we helped develop a solution that complemented the building’s modular construction while achieving the required architectural finish on site.
The façade incorporates several distinctive features, including thicker profiled brick slips, glazed slips and unpointed joints. The ability to leave the joints unpointed is a particular feature of the Aerobrik system, helping create the strong, contemporary appearance intended by the design team.
With the primary building structure manufactured using modular construction, the Aerobrik façade was installed on site to complete the external envelope and deliver the finished architectural aesthetic.
The project demonstrates our approach as a Façade Solutions Partner — from concept to completion, combining specialist façade systems, technical support and close collaboration with installation partners to turn architectural requirements into practical, buildable solutions.
