A high-quality retail facade project in Leicester, Next at Fosse Park features Aerolite Stonework and granite supported on the TI-DF2 kerf system and TI-DF4 undercut anchor system. The combination of materials and fixing systems creates a robust, premium external finish for a key retail unit within the wider Fosse Park destination, while also delivering the clean, modern appearance expected from a high-performance rainscreen facade solution.
With a project size of 1,150m², the scheme represents a substantial facade installation and highlights how different support systems can be used together to suit varied panel formats, edge conditions and fixing requirements across more complex elevations and interfaces. The project team included Bowmer & Kirkland Ltd as main contractor, Keyclad Ltd as installation contractor, and Corstorphine & Wright as architect.
A key feature of the project is the use of off-site fabrication and pre-drilled panels to support efficient installation, helping maintain programme and quality on a busy live retail development. The facade design was also carefully coordinated to achieve crisp joint lines, integrated signage zones and strong visual alignment with adjacent retail units and the surrounding public realm.
