A well-executed student accommodation facade project in central Glasgow, Cullen House features Total Stone supported on the PF-ALU-HPL system. The specification delivers a robust and contemporary external finish, making it well suited to a busy city-centre residential development while also providing the durability and low-maintenance performance expected from a high-quality rainscreen solution.
With a project size of 800m²+, the scheme represents a substantial facade installation and highlights the use of off-site fabricated panels to support installation efficiency. The project was installed by Titan Facades Ltd, with the case study also noting that the approach helped Graham Construction maintain programme on a constrained urban site.
A key feature of the project is the careful coordination of the facade with window positions, interfaces and flashing details, helping create a clean and consistent architectural finish across all elevations. Overall, the facade solution reflects a practical and visually strong approach, combining appearance, durability and installation efficiency in one cohesive system.
