Bulk Road, Lancaster is a two-block student accommodation development featuring
TI’s GRC façade solution across a number of key external areas.
TI Dynamic Facades were approached to support the development of the GRC
system and the supply of panels for the project. Drawing on our façade solutions
partner model, we introduced and project managed our design and engineering
partner, FDF Ltd, who developed the bracketry and panel design required to support
the project requirements.
The scheme incorporated a range of GRC elements, including ground-level piers
and columns, GRC banding, window infill panels, and floor-to-ceiling panels to the
roof terrace areas.
By combining specialist product knowledge, design coordination and trusted partner
expertise, TI helped deliver a coordinated GRC package aligned with the project’s
architectural intent and construction requirements.
