Marine Point is a superb addition to New Brighton’s waterfront. It includes facilities such as shopping, beaches, cinema, casino, theatre and restaurants.

T.I. Dynamic Facades worked closely with all parties throughout the facade design and tender process resulting in the successful installation of our TONALITY® clay terracotta rainscreen system.

TONALITY® has an extensive colour range and a wide selection of sizes which offer architects complete design flexibility.

For this project, The Tonality tiles were supplied in white gloss to a modular design of 200mm & 400mm high x 1600mm long resulting in a stunning façade with facetted areas.

The system is geared towards ease and speed of installation and for this project the tiles were fixed onto the Classic CLS vertical continuous carrier rail.
