Dynamic Ceramic

Dynamic Ceramic is an extruded 19mm thick twin skinned ceramic tile available in a variety of face finishes. The face finishes include polished, honed, metallic & stone. It offers a range of design flexibility, it is a great cost-effective solution for projects with a tight budget.

The twin skinned design provides structural rigidity alongside lightweight performance, making it suitable for a wide range of façade applications alongside our terracotta cladding and stone cladding options.

Fixing Methods

Kerf (primary) – The kerf fixing is a gravity based fixing method. Dynamic Ceramic panels arrive at site with a 3mm wide x 13mm deep channel grooved into the top and bottom edges, the channels are retained mechanically with our TI Tracking horizontal rail carrier system.

The TI tracking system comprises of horizontal carrier rails, an EPDM anti rattle gasket and divider clip designed to keep uniform vertical joints across the building.

Stainless Steel Clamps – This is used to support soffit panels interfacing with the kerf system & for portrait layout panels where rail centres need to be extended greater than 600mm. The stainless-steel clamps locate into honeycomb structure of the panel. The clamps need to be fixed directly to a vertical post or bracket.
