Sefton Quarter, Liverpool is a fast up and coming edge-of-city area of Liverpool that is receiving considerable investments.

For Phase 1 of Sefton Quarter, Liverpool, our Aerolite Granite was chosen in polished dark grey with stretcher bond with preformed copings. We worked closely with Falconer Chester Hall architects, Vermont (Main Contractor) and installer – Red Architectural. The project was concluded in 2007.

Similar to Phase 1, Phase 2 also used Aerolite Granite with the same colour and design. Falconer Chester Hall architects were also used as well as Vermont (Main Contractor). However, Indbuild was the installer and the project was completed in 2014.

In addition to Aerolite Granite, our Portland Engineered Ston was also utilised for Sefton Quarter, Liverpool. 2,600m² of our lightweight and contemporary Engineered Ston was installed to this magnificent project.
