Barham Park Estate Phase 1A & 1B is a site in the London Borough of Brent which totals approximately 5.65 acres and is located between Wembley and Harrow on the Hill.
Notting Housing, working in partnership with Countryside Properties and the London Borough of Brent are redeveloping the estate providing new sustainable homes in a newly designed neighbourhood.
T.I. Dynamic Facades worked closely with Countryside Properties & PRP Architects throughout the facade design and tender process resulting in the successful installation of our TONALITY® clay terracotta rainscreen system.
TONALITY® has an extensive colour range and a wide selection of sizes which offer architects complete design flexibility.
For this project, the TONALITY® tiles were supplied in various shades of red & grey to a modular design of 150mm high x 675mm long resulting in a stunning facade.
The TONALITY® system is geared towards ease and speed of installation and for this project the tiles were fixed onto the Classic CLS vertical continuous carrier rail.
