The new building will feature over 1300m2 of Stone, covering the bulk of the structures exterior façade. 5 Storeys, 61,502 sq ft total, is situated at the core of Stockport and will enable local business to thrive. The project contains various technicalities, including a high number of preformed corners and will also feature special format large panels.

Architects Aedas confidently selected TI’s Aerolite Stonework cladding system, our revolutionary and green-friendly 100% natural stone product for external facades. TI will be liaising with main contractors GMI Construction Group PLC and HANSEN FACADES LIMITED throughout the development of the project, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
